Dr. B.M. Agarwal
He is ex-head of the Department of Commerce DAV College, Kanpur. He has been guiding students of PE-II, CS and ICWA for about 35 years. He is visiting faculty member at The Northern India Regional Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Kanpur and at Kanpur Chapter of The Institute of Company Secretaries, Kanpur. Presently he is Director of a Management Institute affiliated to Kanpur University.

Dr. M.P. Gupta
He is at present Head of the Commerce Department VSSD College, Kanpur and Dean Faculty of Commerce, Kanpur University. He is also visiting faculty member at the Northern India Regional Council of The Institute of Chartered Accountants, Kanpur and at Kanpur Chapter of The Institute of Company Secretaries, Kanpur. He has experience of guiding students of professional courses for about 35 years.

Dr. Liaqat Ali Siddiqui
He has got the degrees of higher education M.A., LLB., D. Phil. from Allahabad University. He is a member of Board of studies for preparing syllabus of Intermediate examination of U.P. Board and other courses.
Dr. Siddiqui is busy practicing Lawyer at the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad.
He is also associated with various educational institutions for preparing syllabus and writing books.

Nidhi P. Singh
Nidhi P. Singh is a first class Postgraduate in Science and in Business Administration. She is also a Law graduate from University of Allahabad with rank.
She is the Executive Director of the "Institution of Management and Entrepreneurship Development" at Allahabad, and presently conducting various Management, Computer training and Entrepreneurship Development programmes. She has been teaching Mathematics and Statistics to the students of CA and B.Com.

Mr. B.S. Jolly
Mr. B. S. Jolly is a Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary and MBA in Finance. He did his graduation from Punjab University, Chandigarh and stood first amongst the students of the DCS. He completed his Chartered Accountancy & Company Secretaryship in first attempts. He completed his CA in 1988 in the minimum possible time duration at the age of 20 scoring 39th merit positions in Intermediate, having thereby the distinction of one of the youngest to qualify the CA Examination. He did his MBA with specialization in Finance from IGNOU and took up the project study of 'Risk Management by Commercial Banks in De-regulated Environment' which earned him 'A' Grade. He has more than 14 years of professional experience at senior positions in the Industry and Banking in Financial Planning, Accounting, Auditing, Taxation, Costing & Budgeting, Project Feasibility Studies & Financing Corporate Law matters, EDP systems and diverse Management Information Systems in computerized environment.

Dr. Pawan Jaiswal
Dr. Pawan Jaiswal is a practicing Cost Accountant & Approved Valuer who graduated with rank from University of Allahabad. He did his master's degree from Kanpur University and stood first amongst the students of M.Com. He is first class post graduate in Business Administration from Pondicherry University. Recently, he has been awarded degree of D.Phil. from University of Allahabad, Allahabad.
He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India, Kolkata, Member of All India Management Association, New Delhi and Associate Member of the Institution Valuers, New Delhi. He is author of several books namely 'Fundamental of Accounting', 'Commerce' and 'Principals of Management'. He has been teaching Direct and Indirect Tax to the students of B. Com., CA–PE-II, ICWA, CS (Inter) & CFA since 1992.
He established "Intuition of Management and Entrepreneurship Development (IMED)'' at Allahabad. He has participated and conducted a number of Management and Entrepreneurship Development Programs. He is also organising courses for the welfare of the employees of Income Tax Department keeping in view the requirement of their internal promotional examinations.
He is a visiting faculty member at Allahabad Chapter of Cost Accountants, College of Management at Ewing Christian College Allahabad, Indian Institute of Bankers, AIMA-CME Nodal Center and Small Industries Service Institute (SISI), Allahabad.
He gained rich experience in Costing, Accounts, Management and Taxation. He is a renowned Consultant in Costing Project and Tax Matters.
She has been visiting faculty at Government Polytechnic, Kanpur also. She has got Industrial exposure while working at executive level in Export division of MLDC, Kanpur.

Dr. N.K. Agrawal
Dr. N.K. Agrawal is Ex. Joint Director of Studies at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, New Delhi. He is an M.Com., L.L.B. from the University of Delhi and Ph.D. (Finance) from the Delhi School of Economics. He has around three decades of teaching experience in Professional, Post-graduate and Management Programs.
He has contributed a number of research papers in leading journals and has participated in prestigious seminars and conferences organised by universities and professional bodies. He is associated as guest faculty with various educational and other organisations. He is the author of "Management of Working Capital" (Sterling) and the co-author of 'Accounting' (NCERT) and 'Fundamentals of Accounting' (Frannksons).

Dr. J. N. Bhargava
Jitendra Nath Bhargava (born 1953) B.Sc., M.B.A. D.Phil., gold medalist form the University of Allahabad, after a brief experience as a Sales Executive in leading Oil Company, joined the University of Allahabad as faculty member in the Department of Commerce and Business Administration. With teaching experience of over two decades, he has on record a number of significant academic and research efforts. He has attended and participated in a number of short-term courses and programmes organized by reputed Institutions, and, has been associated with large number of educational institutions, professional bodies, government and semi- government departments, and, business houses in public and private sector as guest faculty. Besides this book, he has to his credit several research papers/articles published in leading journals, with many of them included in national and international conferences, symposia, seminars, and workshops. He had an official trip abroad and has a number of other distinctions to his credit.

Mr. K.S. Jolly
Mr. K.S. Jolly is a Chartered Accountant, Licentiate Company Secretary and Masters in Commerce. He did graduation from Punjab University and stood 3rd amongst the students of DCS. He completed his Chartered Accountancy & Company Secretaryship in first attempts at the age of 22 years. He has been awarded a merit Certificate for getting 14th rank on all India basis in the Foundation Examination of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and scholarship for Intermediate course of the same institute. He has got a very rich experience in Auditing, Personal & Corporate Taxation, Company Law matters, Project Appraisal & Loan Syndication.

Mr. Mrugesh Shah
Mr. Mrugesh Shah, a computer professional, is a well known lecturer in the field of Information Technology for CA PE-II and MICS for CA Final. He has been invited by ICAI for conducting revisionary lectures on the same. On the technical front, his areas of specialization include Database Management Systems as well as E-commerce, Web development and Visual Basic applications. CS PRAVEEN KUMAR JAIN
Mr.Praveen Kumar Jain, author of International Trade and World Trade Organization for CS Final, is presently associated with M/S Yog Industries Ltd, Aurangabad as Asst CS.

After his M.Com he pursued his career in Company Secretary ship; and has authored his First Book when he was CS Final student; which he has successfully completed in June 2007 examination.
